2010 Teen Camp

AGES: 12-17 or GRADES: 7-12

Teen Camp is jam-packed with games and activities that you won’t find anywhere else and there is certainly something for everyone. Form tight bonds with your teammates as you play camp favorites like Woodsball, Orbitball, Bucketball, Capture the Balls, and more. Are you up for an added challenge? Both the Triathlon and the Triple Threat will push you further, as an individual and as a team. Are you a writer? Do you have a good memory? Try your hand at Pine Brook Poet and Bible memory to obtain additional points for your team. Do you have a talent that you’d like to show off or a crazy ability that you’d like to share? Participate in the annual talent show or perhaps prepare a clever skit for the morning’s flagpole! God’s word is presented daily by knowledgeable speakers who can answer your difficult questions. Be inspired through meaningful worship and watch God teach and transform you from the inside out. When the week is over, share what you’ve learned with your fellow campers at the Fire Bowl and encourage one another to hold fast to your faith throughout the year. A week (or two!) at camp will set a great tone for the school year to come.

Registration is from 2:00-4:00 PM on Sunday. Pick up time on Saturday is 10:00 AM

Forms

Health History and Examination Form (email)

This is a fillable form. You can fill it out online and email it directly to us. The medical exam part of the form must be filled out by a license phyician. Phyicals are given at camp on registration days of Junior Camp and Teen Camp for a $5 fee. You may also get a copy of the camper's most recent phyical from their PCP and mail or fax it to us, or bring it with you on registration day.

Health History and Examination Form (Print)

Each camp must complete a health history form every year. A current physical (within 24 months of the time of camp) must be on file as well as current immunization records. Parent's, please print this form and fill out the first page and sign it. The second page must be filled out by the camper's physician.

Medication Form

Each camper that has medication to be administered during camp must have a medication form filled out. This form lists all the medications, the dosage, and the times to be administered. Please print this form and fill out and bring on registration day.
